1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the melbet platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the melbet website, creating an account, or completing any transaction, the user is considered to have given full consent to these Terms.

1.1 Scope of Services

2 Account Registration and Verification

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on melbet is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

melbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements, and winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳10,000 in total bets must be placed for a ৳1,000 bonus. The bonus is not cash and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

melbet runs various promotions for regular members, including a weekly reload bonus, slots festival bonus, cricket deposit offer, birthday special reward, and friend referral reward. Each promotion has specific eligibility criteria, validity period, and wagering conditions.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage, or deliberately violating the terms — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

Specific rules must be followed for both sports betting and casino gaming on melbet. The final decision on accepting or cancelling a bet rests with melbet.

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet fails due to a technical error, check your account balance before trying again. Odds in sports betting may change at any time — the odds in effect at the time the bet is successfully accepted are final.

5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled or does not start at the scheduled time, bets on that event are generally cancelled and the staked amount is refunded. For live betting, bets that have already been settled will not be refunded.

5.3 Live Casino and Slots

The outcomes of live casino games and slots are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error occurs in a game result, the relevant round may be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the melbet platform, and accounts found engaging in them will be permanently closed:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or winnings through fraudulent means.
• Placing bets using software bots, automated betting tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack or access the platform's systems or other users' information.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Any form of harassing or abusive behaviour on the platform.

7 Account Suspension or Closure

melbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account where reasonable grounds exist.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension

An account may be suspended for breach of terms, suspected fraud, failure to provide verification documents, or prolonged inactivity. The reason for suspension will be communicated to the user where applicable.

7.2 Account Closure by the User

11.1 Resolution Timeframe
